About Hayley
I'm a multi-business owner who has built, scaled, bought, and sold businesses, and sat at board level across several others. I know what the numbers look like, what real growth requires, and what it actually takes to lead.
But I also have something most business coaches don't. A Masters in Counselling and Psychotherapy, a postgraduate diploma in CBT, clinical hypnotherapy training, and NLP master practitioner accreditation. I spent years professionally trained in human behaviour before I ever called myself a coach.
That combination is rare. Most people offer strategy without psychological depth, or inner work without any real business experience. I work at the intersection of both, because that's where the real blocks live.
I'm also a mother of four daughters, which means I understand the particular weight of building something for yourself whilst holding everything together for everyone else.
