I coach women in their 30s, 40s, 50s and beyond. Mothers, creatives, business owners, carers, daughters.

How much does Life Coaching cost?
£1,200 for 12 weeks
Real change takes time.
I work in 12-week containers because transformation doesn’t happen overnight. The women I work with aren’t looking for a quick fix, they’re ready to do the real work.
Twelve weeks gives us space to slow down, look inward, and build something stronger. It allows trust to grow. Patterns to surface. New habits to form. Confidence to take root.
You’ll start to feel the shift in your energy, your mindset, your boundaries and how you speak to yourself.
Because lasting change is built over time.
What’s Included:
Weekly 60-minute 1:1 Zoom sessions (or in person if based in or around Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk)
WhatsApp support between sessions
Coaching on self-esteem, confidence, identity, boundaries, and whatever’s keeping you stuck
Tools, prompts, and accountability
Monthly extensions available after 12 weeks.
