From there we reverse engineer your strategy. Where do you need to be in twelve months, and what does the path between here and there actually look like? We build that out together, step by step, in a way that's specific to your business and your life, not a generic plan you could have Googled or got from Ai.
Then… we look at what's likely to get in the way.
You've probably had plans before… and if a plan was all you needed, you'd have made one work by now. So we get honest about the beliefs, the patterns, the habits of thinking that have quietly been running the show and holding you back, and we work out how to stop letting them.

The Practicalities
We spend the full day together, from breakfast through to dinner, away from your desk, your notifications, and everything that usually pulls your focus in different directions. The venue is chosen deliberately. Somewhere that feels a world away from the day-to-day, where your only job is to think clearly about your business and what you actually want from it.
Breakfast sets the tone. Lunch gives us space to let ideas breathe, and by the time dinner arrives, you'll already feel different about where you're heading, because clarity does that.
Within 3-5 days you'll receive a written summary of your full strategy and key insights, because the last thing you need is to lose momentum the moment normal life resumes.
