You built a business. Somewhere along the way, it built you a job.
A six-month coaching programme to help business owners let go of the jobs they've created for themselves and become the leader their next stage of growth demands.
Scaling a business isn't just about better systems. It's about changing the beliefs, behaviours and habits that keep you doing everything yourself.
It starts in person at Hintlesham Hall in Suffolk on the 8th of September 2026.
You already know something is not working
You have already read the books and listened to the podcasts. You know, in theory, what you could do differently. Yet you still find yourself rounding the quote down, still keeping the whole operation in your own head, which tells you something useful... The knowing what to do was never actually the problem.
These patterns are not held in place by missing information. They are held by what you believe about your own worth, and about how much you are allowed to want.
You cannot think your way out of a belief, which is why another book or a fresh burst of willpower never quite holds. The work that shifts things reaches under the pattern to the belief propping it up, and that is exactly where this programme works.
The Framework
Everything we do follows the house you saw in your report. We build it from the ground up, one phase at a time, in the order a real house gets built.
Blueprint. Your goals and your vision, mapped in real detail.
Foundations. The self-trust the whole business stands on.
Structure. The systems that run things when you step out of the room.
Windows and Doors. The marketing that brings the right clients to your door.
Utilities. The pricing and cash flow that pay you properly.
Roof. The team and the leadership that let you step back.
You scored yourself against these six already. Over six months, we take the ones under strain and make them hold.
How It Works
The programme runs for six months and works on two levels at once, which is what makes the change stick.
There is the practical business strategy you would expect, the pricing and the systems and everything that keeps a business moving.
Running alongside it the whole way through, there is the deeper work, changing the beliefs underneath, so the strategy takes root.
The next cohort opens with a full day together, in person, at Hintlesham Hall in Suffolk on the 8th of September. The six months carry on from there, with fortnightly calls and access to me and the rest of the community for questions and support, which keeps the work moving long after the day itself.
WHO THIS IS FOR
This is for women running a business that works well enough to be exhausting, who are good at what they do and ready to look honestly at the habits keeping them tied to it.
If you’ve read this far and recognised yourself more than once, then it was almost certainly built for you. It asks two things of you, honesty about where you are and a willingness to do the work between the calls. In return you get six months of my full attention and a business that no longer runs entirely through you.
THE INVESTMENT
The full six months comes to £2,497 paid in full, which covers the day at Hintlesham, every fortnightly call, and me alongside you throughout.
If you would rather spread the cost, six monthly payments of £450 does it. Paying in full keeps a little over two hundred pounds in your pocket.
The group stays small on purpose, so the places are genuinely limited. They tend to go quickly, so if you know it is for you, it is worth booking your place sooner rather than later.
Where We Start
The morning of the 8th of September, you park outside a Suffolk country house and walk in to a coffee and a room of women running the same kind of business you are, carrying the same weight. For one full day, no one needs you to fix anything. You spend it mapping the six months ahead with me, and you leave with the first phase already done and a clear plan for the rest.
Most of the work happens remotely after this, but it starts in a room on purpose. A day face to face, with me and with the women you will spend the next six months alongside, does something a screen never manages, and it is why the programme opens at Hintlesham rather than on a call.
A WORD FROM ME
I am a businesswoman who happens to coach, not a coach who happens to talk about business on social media. I have built, scaled, bought and sold real companies, and sat on boards across property, law, sales, marketing and women's health.
That matters, because a lot of business coaching now comes from people whose only real business is the coaching itself, built on a following rather than on having run anything. I have run the things I help you with, which is a different kind of knowing.
What I do now is take all of that and put it to work helping women build businesses that serve their lives. I built this programme because I kept meeting brilliant women who had accidentally built themselves a job, and I knew precisely how to fix it.
The Questions You May Be Asking..
What if I cannot make the day on the 8th?
1
The day is the foundation everything else gets built on, so being there matters. If the date has you torn, write to me before you book.
I am not sure I have the time. How do I make the time?
2
Most women who join feel exactly that, because they are already at the limit of their hours. The programme gives the time back, by changing the patterns that keep you at that limit, and it is paced for a real and busy life.
What if I am not ready?
3
Notice whether that is a genuine not-yet or the same hesitation that has stopped you before. If the moment is truly wrong, the door stays open. If it is the familiar voice that has talked you out of things before, this is the moment you get to ignore it.
Secure Your Place
Picture six months from now, and make it specific. You read your new price list aloud without your voice dropping. You take a fortnight off in August with the laptop shut, and the business runs without you the whole time. That is the ordinary result of the work, and it is exactly what we build here.
The day at Hintlesham is on the 8th of September, and the group is small. If you want change, take your seat while one is still empty.
