About Hayley

I'm a multi-business owner, former midwife, and mother of four daughters. I've built and run multiple businesses—a coaching practice, a digital marketing agency, a SaaS platform for trades, and a lead generation business.

I know what it's like to be the one holding everything together while quietly questioning if you're doing it right. I know what it takes to lead, to price with confidence, to trust yourself when no one's watching.

My work is informed by lived experience, generational patterns, and what I see repeatedly in women. We don't need fixing. We need unlearning. We need to strip away the conditioning that tells us to shrink, to second-guess, to wait for permission.

I'm not here to motivate you. I'm here to help you trust yourself so deeply that business growth becomes inevitable.
